This "white soup rich in chicken collagen" is made in our restaurant by simmering chicken bones and thick chicken wings mainly from Iwate Prefecture over a period of three days.The area around the bones of chicken meat contains a lot of collagen, which is said to promote skin metabolism and have a skin-beautifying effect.
